Describe your experience at CHC
Life changing. I gained more confidence, I became more fluent in my speaking and writing, my spiritual life was challenged and changed as a result, and I met people of high calibre, by which I mean, people who live according to a high moral code and ethics, have a positive outlook on life and are full of fun and I made many like - minded friends
What is the one thing that stands out in your mind about studying at CHC?
My spiritual journey changed beyond the point of return. As a result my approach to God changed significantly and my interaction with others was never the same again.
What would be a great tip for students looking to study at CHC?
Maintain a learning attitude throughout the years of study, not only academically but also socially and spiritually. This does not mean that you should not challenge what you hear, but be open for new territories to explore.
What are you doing now?
Community Care coordinator: in this position I monitor existing church-based social projects and programs and initiate and implement new ones. Where possible I work in partnership with existing government or non-government initiatives. I also manage a counselling service connected with the church.
