CHC Alumni Reunion
Over 70 attend CHC Alumni & Staff Reunion
Over 70 CHC alumni, staff and Council members enjoyed fellowship and food at the inaugural CHC Alumni & Staff Reunion on 1 November at Rivers Café. Unfortunately, we had to turn away a number of alumni and staff a few days before the event as Rivers Café could not cater to more than 70. We’ll have to find a larger venue next year!
There were a few quizzes relating to our history that both alumni and staff participated in. Principal Brian Millis spoke about recent and upcoming plans relating to CHC’s growth. Friend of CHC Craige Gravestein presented a vision of the potential for CHC's influence across Australia – through business, social sciences, politics, education etc.
There was also lots of time for chatting and connecting. Many people indicated on the night that they wanted to engage with CHC through volunteering, donations, offering employment and work experience, and so on. Thank you to everyone who participated on the night and filled out a CHC Engagement Card.
