If you wish to change the course that you are completing as a condition of your admission to CHC, your application is to include an explanation of the reason for changing your course and a copy of your signed Letter of Offer and/or CoE for this course (this information must show the end date of the course).
If you wish to change the date of your commencement at CHC for the reason of undertaking an additional course with another provider prior to commencing your studies at CHC, an Amended Written Agreement will be issued only if the conditions of the CHC 'Genuine Student' requirement are met. You should read this information on the CHC website before you sign a Letter of Offer from another provider, and contact CHC Admissions if you are unsure about whether or not your proposed additional course meets these conditions. Your application is to include an explanation of the reason for undertaking the additional course and is to demonstrate how the additional course meets the 'Genuine Student' requirement. You must also include a copy of your signed Letter of Offer and/or CoE for this course (this information must show the end date of the course).
Applications for an Amended Written Agreement attract a fee of $250.00 which is to be paid via the Pay Online facility on the CHC website or by contacting CHC Student Administration on 3347 7902. Please note that this form will not be processed until this fee has been paid.
You will be advised of the outcome of your application in writing. If your application is approved, you will receive an Amended Written Agreement which you are to sign and return to CHC, after which you will be issued with a new CoE.
