About Quayde Whitu

The grant is donated by the Whitu family to honour the memory of their son Quayde Whitu, who was a student at Christian Heritage College from 2018 to 2019. Quayde was awarded a posthumous Diploma of Liberal Arts after his untimely death in 2019. Quayde’s generosity and kindness to others were always in honour of his love for Christ. He often reminded us that what we have is not ours, but God’s. As Quayde served and gave to meet the needs of others, he did so in a way that reflected the nature of Christ and show-cased God’s greatness in his life. “In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven” (Matthew 5:16).
