The Graduate Diploma in Management is an 8-unit program which takes approximately 1.5 years to complete.

The Graduate Diploma in Management challenges managers and leaders to develop more effective and ethical processes and strategies in their organisations. Our postgraduate units incorporate Biblical and Christian intellectual perspectives in the world of strategic management. The Graduate Diploma in Management is especially relevant to managers of profit and not-for-profit organisations who need to develop their management knowledge and skills.

The Graduate Diploma in Management is delivered via a concentrated model, where students undertake one unit per study period of seven weeks. This allows students to focus on one unit at a time and gain in-depth knowledge and skills.

I intentionally chose CHC as my provider for the program ahead of many others and I have never regretted it. I cannot speak highly enough about the support of the college and the staff members, who challenged, stretched and encouraged me through my journey.

My Christian faith is at the core of my life. To be supported by staff who have the same conviction was valuable and thinking how to apply the Christian worldview to the content resonated well with me. It was amazing to see how transferrable the learning was to many other aspects of my life including my volunteer work with my local church and community. The learning and subsequent academic qualification has also aided me in my start-up change coaching business.

I have no hesitation in encouraging any person to consider CHC Business.
