Mrs Alison Wind is the Curriculum Coordinator and an Instructional Coach in a Brisbane Christian school. As a life long learner she has completed her Graduate Certificate in School Leadership and Management to add to her Diploma of Education and Masters of Environmental Management.

She is passionate about education believing that every child has the right to access a comprehensive and personally rewarding education that meets their needs both now and in the future. All school communities have an obligation to ensure they provide an environment and conditions that allow children to receive an education tailored to their physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs. She believes that all children are a gift from God, and they can achieve their fullest potential in the right environment. She hopes to support teachers in becoming the best they can be in all aspects of teaching, contributing to the realisation of her vision.
