Casey Burns
Bio
Casey Burns is the Senior Modern History teacher at Parklands Christian College and educates students from middle school to senior school on historical knowledge and understanding and historical skills. She Graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 2007 majoring in Archaeology, Anthropology, Paleoanthropology and History as a cross-institutional program offered through USQ and UNE, and a Graduate Diploma in Education through UQ in 2009.
Casey has a great passion for broadening students historical knowledge and understanding, upskilling students history skills and ability to critically analyse evidence, and making lessons as interactive and engaging as possible. Additionally, Casey also has great passion for arts and crafts and love tackling new and exciting creative ideas.
