Bio
Began ministry in 1978 as a youth and community worker in south-west Sydney. Served as a Salvation Army Officer from training (1979-80) until 1990. Since 1991 I have served as a Baptist Pastor from my ordination in 1997 in churches, in a training centre, as a senior lecturer at CHC and since the middle of 2014 I have been a consultant specialising in leadership training and coaching.
In more recent years, I have been involved in strategic planning for church planting. Since 2008 I have been researching church planting in Australia. The first stage of this was completed in 2012 with a Masters of Education (Research) and the the second stage was completed in 2023 with a PhD (Sydney). In 2024 I published “The Genius in the Kingdom: How Discipleship Impacts Church Planting.”
In addition to my theological and research studies I have also been awarded my degree in classic piano. I have served as a Member of the Board of International Christian Embassy of Jerusalem and as an advisor for NAYBA Australia.
