I have created improvement programs, developed extensive curriculum and upgraded teaching & learning and curriculum processes. Utilising experience in a wide range of educational opportunities in Australia and England, my strength is the ability to think strategically, develop potential in students and work collaboratively with staff to implement innovations and deliver creative solutions to educational challenges. I believe that effective people are what drive highly effective schools. With excellent communication and leadership abilities, I am appreciated for my contribution in both my educational and governance roles.
