Michael Harding is a business generalist with wide ranging Executive level experience in all areas of business, including human resources, finance, operations, risk management, and Information and Communication Technology. I have spent the last 12 years working for a Brisbane based, Christian Aged Care Provider, as the Operations Manager, People Manager and interim Chief Executive Officer. Michael has extensive experience of both profit and not for profit organisations and understands the challenges facing both.

Michael’s well-developed sense of humour and positive attitude to issues, both big and small, added to his calm, organised, and quick thinking demeanour gives him the ability to make the complex, simpler.
