Ps Andrew’s educational background consists of a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Management and a Masters in Pastoral Theology. He has also completed a research project on change management in churches.

Ps Andrew have served in leadership, both as a volunteer and full-time staff, in churches of all sizes for over 20 years. Previously, he has also had a successful career in sales and marketing in Sydney, working with some of the world’s largest companies and iconic brands.
