Bio

Ps Sam McDonell is a creative strategist and visionary leader who is passionate about empowering others to live the abundant life found in Jesus Christ. Currently in ministry at UnitingCare Qld, Sam works across the state leading community partnerships and missional innovation, whilst lecturing in tertiary ministry studies at CHC School of Ministries and serving on the board for Common Grace. Sam is a Christian minister with broad ecumenical experience of almost two decades, who holds post-graduate qualifications in theology and ministry. With extensive experience in the not-for-profit and education sectors, she is also skilled in change management, compliance and policy, and is committed to good governance, biblical justice and advocacy for collective social impact and community transformation. Sam lives on Turrbal country (North Brisbane QLD), with her husband, three children and Leroy the cavoodle.
